At Azafrán, Private Chef & Catering we take pride in the care and attention that goes into planning each event. Due to the preparation involved, we maintain the following cancellation policy:


Non-Refundable Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your event date and covers initial planning and resource allocation.

No Refunds: Once your event has been confirmed and scheduled, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, unforeseen events, or changes in your plans.


Rescheduling:

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us as early as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. However, please note that rescheduling is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.

In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to explore alternative arrangements, but no refunds will be provided.
